. For “out-house” booking, once request is made, provider response and sets off to your destination; see provider’s location on the real time map.
. For “in-house” booking, make reservation for date and time to visit the shop and be there at agreed time and you will not have to join any long queues for services.
. Service begins once provider arrives at location or once you arrive at the shop.
. Leave a rating once service is done and make payment.
