With a dynamic dashboard, user can view their performance KPIs like total chats, unique customer, average time spent on a chat etc being updated instantly.

User can also view their chat history through the archive chat section. Moreover, they can address the queries missed during their offline hours by sending them a notification push telling their customers that we are back online.
