Description
The GoodsApp application is designed for easy inventory management in warehouses, purchase and sales management using a smartphone or tablet by one or multiple users. The program provides full automation of accounting in stores and warehouses, making it an ideal solution for retail and wholesale sales.Product movements in warehouses are recorded using Income and Expense documents, while operating expenses are logged using the Expenses document. This simplifies warehouse accounting and allows you to optimize the inventory and financial management.
Products are stored in a convenient hierarchical list with filtering and search capabilities. Product cards allow recording item codes, barcodes, images, and descriptions. To streamline the process of receiving goods in the warehouse and subsequent searching, the program allows the device’s camera to be used as a barcode scanner.
The program supports warehouse management and inventory accounting for both wholesale and retail trade. The business performance is displayed in reports such as Stock Balances, Profit, Sales, and others. This helps improve management accounting and increase work efficiency.
To use the program, registration is required, after which an account and a database will be created in the cloud. This provides the ability to connect to the database from different devices and add additional users. Automation of accounting and sales management becomes easier and more convenient with GoodsApp.
The application also offers the ability to export documents and reports into Excel tables for warehouse, simplifying warehouse management organization. The system allows you to scan barcodes and QR codes with the camera and use a smartphone as a data collection terminal (DCT).
