Welcome to Tidal Training Club the community based strength training studio now at your fingertips Through the Tidal app you can view class schedules sign up for group coach led sessions manage memberships and stay connected to your fitness community all from your device.Tidal Training Club is located in Wolfville Nova Scotia and offers functional strength training rooted in the philosophy of general physical preparedness also known as GPP At Tidal we train you to lift more than just weights We help build strength that shows up in everyday life from increasing energy and confidence to reducing stress and risk of chronic disease Our goal is to help you feel strong inside and out.
Classes are intentionally kept small with a maximum of twelve participants per session so that every workout feels personal and powerful Every class is coach led and built on movement quality proper form and high energy Each session lasts sixty minutes and includes a full body warm up movement preparation functional strength work and cardio conditioning Workouts rotate weekly and include a mix of lifting running jumping dragging pressing and other compound movements.
Our programming is built for real life We emphasize strength that translates to how you move feel and function outside the gym We believe in building general physical preparedness so you are ready to tackle anything life throws at you Our approach trains you to squat push pull carry jump throw and more to develop a resilient and capable body and mind.
