NCBJPL deals mainly in mid to high-value jewellery due to word-of-mouth publicity and delivering on promises consistently. Customers coming for Mid-High Value products are seldom influenced by advertisements and discount schemes. Customers want a trusted brand & personalized transparent policies. We have formulated a transparent and fair exchange and return policy, and offer customer-friendly services like low lead times, in-house repair, and design studio. Strict Quality Control by three-point checking and verification of gold purity for every piece of Jewellery is one of the key practices of the Company. Top management gives personal attention to dealing with HNIs and this practice has given consistent and growing business to the company. So Transparency, Fair Play, Honesty, and top customer service is our foundation.
NCBJPL has recently introduced a mobile application that aims to streamline the process of purchasing, selling, and redeeming digital gold for customers. The app offers various features, including the ability to manage gold scheme payments, enroll in new schemes, and purchase gift cards. Its main objective is to provide customers with a convenient and user-friendly platform to invest in digital gold, whether for personal investment or as a gift for others.
