Welcome to Workout with Whitney community! An app designed for women looking to lose fat and tone up through a realistic program! Workout with Whitney will offer you quick and effective workout programs (home or gym), nutrition and recipes, as well as extensive education and support to help you achieve your goals and gain your confidence back. Available worldwide, and suitable for all fitness levels.

The workout programs are designed for progression to aim for real muscle growth and gain tremendous strength. At Workout with Whitney, I will design you a new progressive training phase each month to keep you on track. Choose the number of days you wish to train, select from home or gym options, and the equipment that is available to you! Enter your goals and stats upon sign up and within 48 hours you will receive personalized macros and recipes based on your preferences. Receive new recipes each month and gain access to my full nutrition manual to ensure you learn as much as you can about nutrition for your goal.

I also offer in-depth walk through demos for every exercise, the option to easily log your progress, stats, and photos in the app, as well as dine out options to help you stay within your macros while on the go. You will feel supported and motivated with my in-app community and connect with other likeminded women worldwide. Gain access to tons of additional meal prep ideas, budget friendly recipes, and meals for the family.
