With our user-friendly platform, you can easily find and connect with fellow travelers heading in the same direction as you, allowing you to share rides and split expenses.

Here's a step-by-step guide for the ride booking process you described:

Download and Install the App:

1. Go to your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Search for the Zoozoo and download it.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app on your device.
Select Pickup and Drop Locations:

2.Open the ride booking app on your device.
Allow the app to access your location or enter the pickup and drop-off addresses manually.
Confirm the pickup and drop-off locations on the app's map or address selection interface.

3.Select Date or Choose Current Day:
Depending on the app's interface, you may be prompted to choose the date of your ride.
Either select the current day or pick a specific date for your ride.
Select Time of Travel:

4.Choose the desired time for your ride.
We provide immediate pickups or allow you to schedule a ride for a future time.

5.Select Gender or Ride Type:
If you are booking a bike ride, we provide the option to select the driver's gender for your comfort and preference.

If you are booking a car ride, you might have the choice to select between sharing (shared ride with other passengers) or personal (exclusive ride).

Send Request to Accept Ride:
Once you have provided all the necessary details, such as pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and gender/ride type preference, you can proceed to request a ride.
Tap on the "Request" or "Book" button within the app to send your ride request to nearby ZooZoo Rider's.

Wait for Driver Acceptance:
You will be notified when a ZooZoo rider accepts your ride request.
The Rider details, including their name, profile picture, vehicle type, and license plate number, will be provided to you.

Once Accepted, Have a Happy Journey:
Wait at the designated pickup location for the rider to arrive.
When the rider arrives, confirm their identity and vehicle details for your safety.
