MyWay by Metro is an on-demand public transport service. That means you’re in charge; you say where you want to go, when you want to be picked up and from where. There’s no set route or timetable – it’s public transport based around your needs.Just download the MyWay by Metro app today, book your seat and go where you want, when you want. It is as easy as click, pay, go.
How will I book my ride?
Using the MyWay app, you will be able to request a vehicle directly from your smartphone.
Smart scheduling ensures you’ll be collected on time and means that several passengers can share the vehicle.
The powerful technology will identify a nearby existing, or virtual, bus stop within a short walking distance for pick up and drop off, allowing for quick and efficient shared trips. When you book, you select your pick up date, time and place, and let us know any accessibility needs.

The service has room for wheelchairs, prams, walking frames and so on, offering much greater convenience and flexibility for people with accessibility difficulties.
How does MyWay by Metro work?
MyWay is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the MyWay by Metro app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up nearby and drop you off near your requested destination.
How long will I wait?
You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick up time before booking. You can also track your vehicle in real time in the app.
How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?
Just like on other forms of public transport, the number of passengers you will share your journey with will vary, depending on the number of other passengers going in the same direction as you. Sometimes this may be as few as 2 or 3, other times the vehicle may be full.
