The Calm Gut app is an evidence-based, audio toolkit designed for long-term relief from IBS symptoms. Combining gut-directed hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques, it helps 'fix' the miscommunication between your brain and gut.Developed by international psychotherapist Jayne Corner, who has supported thousands of IBS sufferers since 2017, the app combines leading psychological interventions (hypnotherapy & CBT) to reduce gut symptoms and improve quality of life. This approach has been found as successful for managing IBS as an elimination diet*.
