描述
The Bhutan Care App is a comprehensive digital health platform aimed at improving patient screening, referral management, and health monitoring across Bhutan’s healthcare system. It allows healthcare providers to efficiently screen patients, document assessments, and manage referrals, while supporting integrated health data for informed clinical decisions.The app supports Bluetooth-enabled blood pressure monitors for automatic readings, with the option for users to enter measurements manually if a compatible device is unavailable.
Beyond provider tools, the app empowers citizens to take an active role in their health. Through the citizen user role, individuals can track personal health data (vitals, symptoms, lifestyle), access health records (history, test results), engage in health education, and for advanced continuous tracking, connect with the JC Ring. The JC Ring monitors heart rate, SpO₂, sleep, glucose, and more, and requires a compatible device—manual entry is not supported.
Bhutan Care does not perform medical measurements independently; certain features depend on compatible external devices for data collection.
