Welcome to The PDA Safe Circle™.We bring together PDAers and our family members to learn and practice The PDA Safe Circle™, a strengths-based approach to supporting PDAers of all ages to live well in a culture not made for our nervous systems.
By empowering members with simple, concrete tools and a robust neurodivergent-affirming framework, The PDA Safe Circle™ leads to burnout recovery, burnout prevention, and deep acceptance of PDAers and what we need to thrive.
Created by a PDA Autistic adult with a background in community organizing and congregational leadership.
