The Wellness Circuit: Designed for Your Journey
The Güs app gives you control over your session in our bespoke facilities:
Two Specialist Saunas: We feature a spacious state-of-the-art 25-person sauna and a smaller 12-person Free-Flow sauna. While both saunas are utilised for Free-Flow sessions, the 25-person space is dedicated to our signature Guided Saunagus sessions.
75 Minute Guided Sauna (Saunagus): Our signature group experience, led by a certified Gusmester, uses sound, aromatherapy, breath work and towel-waving techniques across 3 rounds for an invigorating experience that leaves you feeling incredible.
45 or 90 Minute Free-Flow Sauna: Self-directed time for quick recovery or extended hot-cold cycling in either sauna.
Advanced Recovery: Complement your heat cycle with our state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled ice baths for maximum recovery and mental clarity.
