Kartavya is a comprehensive Field Service Management (FSM) application designed to digitally manage end-to-end field operations across network management, distribution, transmission, and project activities. It acts as a single standardised platform for planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of field jobs.The application supports structured job creation and lifecycle management for maintenance, breakdowns, emergency restoration, inspections, civil works, and project-related activities. Jobs are planned with defined scope, timelines, locations, manpower, materials, tools, and safety requirements, aligned with approved processes and hierarchies.
Through web and mobile access, supervisors and field teams receive real-time visibility into job allocation and execution. Field users can capture site details, upload photographs, record measurements, update progress, and close jobs directly from the site, eliminating manual registers and improving data accuracy.
Kartavya integrates manpower, contract labour, material management, and enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow, compliance, and auditability.
