Redefining the meaning of health for today’s humans. Koshiqa is a health & wellness app designed to strengthen the two most important pillars of health: nutrition and exercise. The bitter truth is, today’s humans don't get enough of both, and that’s where the trouble hides. Not moving your body enough and not feeding it the right food don’t seem so wrong because this habit has become too mainstream, but is it right? You’d say, of course it isn’t. But the question is, how do I know what’s right for me. Koshiqa says, you wouldn’t know that. That’s why you need somebody who understands health from a science perspective, and can help you find “exactly” the solution you need.

You can participate in our walking or running challenges that take you on a virtual trip to your favourite destinations like Kedarnath, Chopta, Jaisalmer, Jim Corbett and many more. We reward you for literally every step you take in the form of Koshiqa Koins. This motivates you to move in the right direction, towards the state of higher health.
Book a nutrition (Blood) test
You can book a nutrition test directly through the app to know what your body lacks. Your subtle symptoms like back pain, PMS, low energy, bone pain, sleepiness, joint pain may be hinting at nutritional deficiencies in your body.
This blood test tells us the nutrients missing in your body like vitamin D, omega 3, protein and so on. This identification helps us understand your body’s needs so that we can prepare the right solution for you.
