Description

Rushda started transforming women from inside her women’s only gym in Cape Town South Africa. Through phenomenal transformations she expanded into the digital sphere, making her training style available to women worldwide. “I wanted to create a training app where the user would experience what it was like to have me coaching them step by step, exactly like I did in my gym.” The app boasts voice-over demos of movements and exercises, shot in real-time and not displayed as GIFs. This feature ensures that the form is accurate and the user is performing the exercises correctly, focusing on building a solid foundation, preventing injury. She wanted to showcase the active lifestyle of Capetonians and encourage women to take their training outside using free weights and the elements. Rushtush Fit App takes you on a scenic trip from the mountains to the beaches, to Biskop stairs, train anywhere, anytime with Rushda. Choose between Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Specialised as well as Pre Natal programs, you can also shift between workout plans easily throughout your subscription. Transform your physique into a strong, feminine, able, and athletic physique with kettlebells, odd lifting, and free weights.
