Dual transformations is an online coaching service.This app is built for our clients to communicate with their trainer and to track progress over time.
You are required to already be a member of the dual transformations team before downloading and receiving all log in information for this app.

- Custom workout plans created by your coach based around your lifestyle.
- Nutritional plans or macro guidance.
- Easy to use app to see your workout schedules with a tick system to mark off workout/rest days.
- Full exercise demo library to demonstrate correct form and technique.
- 24/7 chat function between you and your trainer for any extra support through text, voice note, picture or video.
- The ‘vault’ members area, where all educational content is available for clients to learn how to achieve and maintain results.
- Progress pictures & metrics to track key data to make sure results are being made.
