Description
Our company offers an online training program to clients who are seeking to transform their physical through weight loss or gain and mental wellbeing over a 16-week period. The program includes a comprehensive set of resources to support clients in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.Clients receive a customized workout plan, meal plan, and supplement list tailored to their unique goals and needs. Additionally, they have access to a mindset module to help them stay motivated and focused throughout the program.
One of the key features of our program is the community aspect. Clients have access to a private online community where they can connect with one another and share their experiences. Our clients also have direct access to a nutritionist and myself for any questions they may have 24/7, ensuring that they receive personalized support throughout their journey.
Finally, we host weekly Q&A Zoom calls with me every Saturday morning to provide clients with additional guidance and support. Our program is designed to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to health and wellness, and we are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals in a safe and sustainable way.
Our app integrates with Health Connect and wearables to provide personalized coaching and precise fitness tracking. By using health data, we enable regular check-ins and track progress over time, ensuring optimal results for a more effective fitness experience.
